CLASS STRUCTURE AND TEACHING STYLE

Each class begins with warm-up and foundational work, followed by technical practice, rhythmic exercises, and choregraphies
The classes follow a structured training pedagogy with a defined syllabus for each level of training. The general syllabus in each level includes:
Basic posture and alignment
Adavus and other basic body movements
Basics of music (carnatic style) and rhythms
Traditional compositions
Performance preparation

No! Beginners are welcome, and no prior experience in Bharatanatyam is required.

Please register for the trial class which will also be an assessment class to place you in the appropriate group/ level. All other details will be given in the trial class
Yes, as students progress, they may have opportunities to participate in showcases, recitals, or other performance experiences. We organise a yearly student showcase where every student will have an opportunity to participate
